- Bd000's decision shall be final in resolving any dispute, though members retain the right to appeal.

2. Account Registration & Management
Providing accurate and complete information when registering on bd000 is mandatory. bd000 reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incorrect information at any time.
Key account rules:
- Each person may only open one account — creating a second account using the same NID, phone number, or payment method is prohibited.
- Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential — sharing them with anyone else is not permitted.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
- If suspicious activity is detected on an account, bd000 may automatically suspend it and will notify the member.
- If any registration details change (such as your phone number), please update them through support.
Any attempt to claim bonuses from two accounts will result in the balance of both accounts being forfeited and both accounts being permanently closed.
3. Age Verification & KYC
You must be 18 or older to open an account at bd000. This is not a recommendation — it is a non-negotiable condition.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after registration and before your first withdrawal. You will need to provide:
- A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
- Selfie photo if required

Special withdrawal rules:
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- If you have an active bonus balance, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Bd000 may request additional documentation when needed — particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
- In cases of suspicious transactions, bd000 may temporarily place a hold on a withdrawal and will notify the member.
bd000 does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) may apply their own fees.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonus offers at bd000 are governed by the general terms below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own additional conditions — these will be listed on the relevant offer page.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
- Wagering must be completed within a set period after claiming a bonus — the bonus will be cancelled if the deadline is missed.
- You cannot claim a new deposit bonus while another deposit bonus is still active.
- Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirement — you can withdraw them directly.
- If a bonus is claimed across multiple accounts using the same payment method, IP address, or device, both accounts will be suspended.
- Bd000 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
How to Calculate Your Wagering
- For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with 8x wagering.
- This means a total of ৳8,000 must be wagered to cash out winnings from the bonus.
- Bets placed on slots and crash games are generally counted at 100%.
- Certain games (such as Live Baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — check the bonus terms for details.
6. Game & Betting Rules
All games on bd000 are powered by internationally certified RNG technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulated.
General betting rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.

- Bd000 reserves the right to void any bets placed by exploiting system errors or display glitches.
- Using software or automation to play games is strictly prohibited.
Sports Betting Special Rules:
- Bets placed before a match begins are confirmed once the market closes.

- If a match is suspended and does not resume within 24 hours, the bet will be voided.

- Your personal information is never shared with third parties — except where required by law.
- Member funds are kept entirely separate from the company's operating funds.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
- Members are notified by email if a login is detected from an unrecognized location.
- Bd000 will never ask for your password via email or chat — any message doing so is fraudulent.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

9. Account Closure & Restrictions
Bd000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Registering with fake ID or false information
- Operating an account while under 18 years of age
- Attempting to hack the platform or exploit system vulnerabilities
- Use of automated software or bots
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Threatening or harassing other members or staff

10. Policy on Rule Changes
